I recommend Eden Lettings without hesitation
I first did business with Gemma Sibbald and Eden Lettings about 15 years ago. There were 3/4 lets in that period. Then I had a gap because I did all my tenant-finds and management myself. I have used Eden Lettings again recently and it was great to find that the service(and Gemma's efficiency and knowledge) are just as reliable as it always was back then. These days, since the Renters Reform Bill came into force on 1 May 2026, it's even more important to have an agent who is really thorough. I recommend Eden Lettings without hesitation.
