I founded Eden Lettings 11 years ago, the company has built up by referrals and recommendations, we work to keep our clients happy both Landlords and Tenants. Looking after the homes in the process. Whether you'd like us to manage just one property or a large portfolio, we can provide exceptional service, tailored to you. Every aspect of your requirements will be looked after in a professional and friendly manner, from project manage and design, to refurbishment of your entire property. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and friends, gardening, cooking, making a house a home and spending time at the beach, out and about walking our dogs, Rocco and Griff. The charity we have chosen to support this year is Rowcroft.
Kirsti Deacon Smith
Since joining Eden, I've built excellent working relationships with all Contractors, Landlords & Tenants. I specialise in maintenance, inventories and inspections. The most enjoyable aspect of my job is finding suitable properties for potential residents and seeing them delighted in finding a home. Outside of work I love to walk my dogs & yoga.
Rocco
Rocco is an amazing Beagle Hound, age 4, he loves to sniff & pose for photos and eats everything. He’s great at marketing, enjoys playing and eating! But most of all he loves walks!
