Professional and friendly service
Professional and friendly service, I used eden lettings to rent my property while living abroad, they found me great tenants and when problems with the house happened they where resolved for both me and the tenants very quickly, never a issue in the 3 years using them.

We have been a tenant with Eden Lettings and Property Management since October 2014. We have always found them to be both professional and friendly, and they carry out their duties very competently. They also take our circumstances into consideration when making appointments for house visits, which is very much appreciated, as we can be present to discuss any maintenance issues which may require attention. Where necessary, they have always taken our suggestions seriously, have followed up with the landlord whenever required, and have kept us in touch with any actions to be taken. We have been very happy with Eden Lettings' handling of this property and we believe that our relationship has been a pleasant and satisfactory one for both parties.
